Quickly Reverse Footage with the Premiere Pro Menu Bar

Select a clip on the timeline. Go to the Clip menu, choose Speed/Duration, then enable Reverse Speed. The clip turns green with a backward arrow icon. A hand clicks the menu while the timeline shows the reversed segment highlighted blue.
