Share Workbook Button Grayed Out in Excel
The Share Workbook button is grayed out, preventing collaboration. This often happens when the file is protected or stored locally. Check if the workbook is saved to OneDrive or SharePoint, and ensure sharing permissions are enabled in the Review tab.
